Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment time if you need to fill out paperwork. Please be aware if you are late, we will try to accommodate you for your full service, schedule permitting.

Cancellations
We require a 24-hour notification of cancellation. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours will be charged the full amount. This keeps our schedules filled, thus better serving all. Thank you for understanding and being considerate of other guests and our independent contractors.


Children
In consideration of the atmosphere we want to preserve in the day spa, for your comfort and the comfort of our other guests, we ask that only children with day spa appointments accompany you in the day spa area.


Gift Certificates
Available in any monetary amounts and can be used for any services or products. Gift certificates are nonrefundable for cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen certificates.


Gratuities
In appreciation of outstanding services, gratuities may be given at your discretion on services.


Groups
A gratuity charge of 15% is added to all groups of three or more. A 50% deposit (nonrefundable) is required to reserve your group reservation and will be applied towards your services.

Payment
We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa and personal checks. There is a $30 fee on all returned checks.

Reservations
We require a credit card or gift certificate number when booking multiple services. In order to guarantee services when needed, please schedule your next reservation prior to leaving the day spa and salon.
